In order to be admitted into the program, the client must be referred by a mental health professional, has to be receiving ongoing clinical services at the time of referral ,or must have an AXIS I diagnosis indicating a severity of psychiatric symptoms that indicate the need for psychiatric rehabilitation services.

The agency works collaboratively with other community based mental health programs, Department of Juvenile Services, Department of Social Services, Maryland Court Systems, and social worker to identify those clients in need of immediate psychiatric rehabilitation interventions.
